As I have shared throughout the information, the thoughts our brain have been programmed to believe will determine what we experience in our life. To “choose” what we desire to experience requires reprogramming our brain and overriding the negative thoughts it has accepted as what we desire to experience. One of the fastest ways to do that is via “I AM” thought patterns.
When we use the word “I AM” we are telling our brain that is what we are. Any time we use the word I, we are programming our brain that is what we desire to experience. The same is true when we use the word “My” to describe how we are feeling. (My head hurts, my back hurts, I can’t, I don’t have enough money, etc.).
The following animated image is a very powerful tool, to assist you to reprogram your brain with balanced “I AM” thought patterns. The I AM thoughts used in this tool are:
- I AM Love
- I AM Joy
- I AM Balance
- I AM Healed
- I AM Abundance
- I AM
The simple statement I AM is included as a positive declaration of strength, as in asserting that you are these things. These I AM statements cover all aspects of negative thought programming that your brain may have accepted as what you desire to experience.
This is a very powerful tool! After you have sat for a session of healing, allow your body about six minutes before you get up and move around. You may be a little dizzy otherwise.
If you choose to use this tool at least three times a week, it will quickly assist to program your brain with these positive thoughts. Doing so will allow you to “believe” these truths about yourself. Once you believe them, they will start showing up in your life experience.
Prepare Your Environment:
- It is suggested to have soft lighting in the room. It is suggested not to focus on the image in the dark as the rapid movement of the animated image may give you a headache.
- Turn off any distractions such as email notifications. Turn the sound off or all the way down on your computer so that no computer sound alerts interfere with your session.
- Make your body as comfortable as possible. (chair, posture, loose clothing, room temperature) You do not want to be distracted by any body discomfort.
- Activate your vertical pillar and slow your breathing way down.
Engage for Healing:
Simply focus on the “center”, white light of the animated image. You will see the I AM statements quickly flash by. At first you will find yourself trying to read them. Allow yourself to do so until you are comfortable and then simply focus on the white light sphere behind the words.
Be sure to blink your eyes when you need to. Wipe them if they begin to water. Try to keep your eyes adjusted in a soft focus, squint a bit if needed.
There is no need to focus for longer than 3 minutes. You can if you like but it is suggested not to go over 6 minutes per session as it may be too much strain for your eyes. If you wear contact lenses or glasses and can see the animated image without them, it is suggested to remove them.
If you have another electronic device you would like to use the animated image on, you can simply save it and put it on other devices that play animated images. To do so, simply right click on the image and save it to your computer and then transfer it to your other device.
In between your healing sessions, try to recall these I AM statements as often as possible. This will reinforce your efforts to reprogram your brain with these positive thoughts. This is no different than using tools such a flash cards or colored blocks, when you first learned your alphabet but it is much faster and stronger.
